DO NOT get involved with this company! What a disgusting way to treat people. Luckily, I kept all correspondence. They hassle you with hundreds of emails and phone calls. They send debt letters when you have not even been paid by the lender and it wasn’t even a great success rate. I spoke to a very snotty girl called Molly who accused me tradr being rude because I could not understand how they arrived at the figure they wanted from me.

I was in no way rude, did not use any bad language, raise my voice or give any other indication of «rudeness» other than challenge what she was telling me. PPi is over now but I would use a friendlier bunch for any similar business in the future.

The Ombudsman awarded a mid-sold bank account in February. This company starts off with pleasantries then it becomes a horror show, i zpp on holiday and received 12 text messages, 4 phone calls and 12 emails.
